Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of LTW PTY LTD trading as Tree and Termite Watch you agree to our terms and conditions as set out below.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any tree pruning or removal completed has the correct consent from the owner of the land.

Tree Watch will take as much care as reasonable and practical to ensure that the client instructing us to cut trees on their behalf has the legal right to do so.  Tree Watch will not be held responsible for being instructed to cut any trees that the client or clients agent does not have the legal right to cut. By accepting this quotation the client agrees to pay for or reimburse Tree Watch for any costs, legal costs, time spent or fines which may occur from any illegal tree cutting which Tree Watch has been instructed to do.

All quotes or estimates provided by LTW PTY LTD are valid for two weeks. If a quote is approved by the client more than two weeks from the sent date of the quote the company reserves the right to amend the quotation as necessary to cover any additional costs and or not provide the quoted service.

Once a quotation is accepted then a contract will be formed between the parties by email correspondence. Until this contract is formed the company shall have no implied responsibility to complete the works as quoted and shall not be liable for any losses potential losses incurred to the client.

All accounts will be paid in full within thirty days of the service being provided.
If an account is not paid within 30 days then interest will be charged on the amount outstanding at 0.0547945% per day (equivalent to 20% pa) until the account is paid.

In the event of the account being in default and being referred to an external party for collection in addition to the interest costs mentioned above the customer shall be liable for all resulting costs arising from the recovery, including commission which would be payable if the amount is paid in full and legal costs including demand costs.
